- Device & Usage Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and PWA service worker push tokens for instant school notification alerts.
2. How We Use Information
Your information is used strictly for legitimate educational and administrative purposes:
- Facilitating role-based access for Students, Parents, Teachers, Principals, and School Administrators.
- Processing daily attendance clock-in records via QR code scans.
- Delivering push notification alerts for school announcements and fee statements.
- Ensuring data isolation between registered tenant schools using private database partitions.

RosmonSMS employs strict security measures including PDO prepared statement SQL isolation, HTTPS SSL data transmission, server-side session management, and license access verification. Each tenant institution operates on an isolated database environment.
